Job Summary
Senior Vice President, AI / Machine Learning role leading AI initiatives in the AI Hub. A hands-on technical lead position to guide AI/ML product direction, foster scalable architectures, and mentor a team of ML engineers. Responsibilities include leading research initiatives, providing direction on AI solutions, and crafting strategic approaches for ML/AI products; specializing in Applied AI, LLMs, fine-tuning, and models to deliver practical enterprise-ready capabilities. Build strong relationships with internal teams to align strategies and develop a comprehensive success measurement plan; drive software lifecycles leveraging AI; collaborate with builders, designers, and developers to deliver high-value capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 9-11 years of software development experience
- Advanced experience in applied AI/ML, modelling and software engineering
- Ability to operate as a group technical lead, mentoring and guiding engineers/researchers
- Strong understanding of enterprise software practices and scalable architectures
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences
