Job Summary
Lead the medical vision, standards of care, and clinical operations of a new small animal hospital while providing high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care for patients. Build, mentor, and support a collaborative veterinary team by establishing protocols and workflows aligned with best practices and your clinical approach. Deliver a high standard of client service through clear communication and education, contributing to hospital performance, growth, and overall success. This role offers autonomy to practice medicine your way within established operational infrastructure, with performance-based incentives, equity/ownership opportunity, and monthly production-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills
- Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
