Job Summary
Conduct strategic customer care and development, including new project acquisition and ongoing project management as the primary point of contact. Perform sales calculations and create proposals, presenting them to clients while negotiating and leading price discussions on contract terms. Generate business metrics and reporting, and actively participate in budget and planning processes. Requires a degree in electrical or related engineering with experience in safety-critical automotive, industrial, or railway sectors, plus strong German and English skills. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Bahntechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Projekterfahrung im sicherheitskritischen Bereich der Automotive, Industrie, Bahn- und Signaltechnik und weiteren Branchen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Eigeninitiative, zielstrebige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Loyalität in Kombination mit Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Funktionale Sicherheit und Elektronikentwicklung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb oder Key Account Management im Automobilumfeld, Industrie oder Bahn
