Senior Venue Sales and Partnership Officer (Performing Arts)

Senior Venue Sales and Partnership Officer (Performing Arts) drives venue hire revenue, develops strategic partnerships, and enhances commercial value for West Kowloon venues (Xiqu Centre, Freespace, WestK Performing Arts Centre). Responsibilities include identifying and securing venue hire opportunities, developing sales strategies to maximise venue utilisation and revenue, preparing proposals/quotations and negotiating contracts through full sales cycles, coordinating partnerships, supporting event execution with internal teams, and handling related projects as assigned. Required qualifications include a university degree in Event Management, Arts Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; at least 3 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in hospitality or cultural/performing arts sectors with client-facing or service-oriented environment; ability to manage multiple events and deadlines; can-do attitude with problem-solving skills; proficiency in event booking platforms and Microsoft Office; and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
