Job Summary
Conduct daily safety audits, inspections, and rounds on the construction site for complex infrastructure projects, including bridge constructions and civil works. Coach HSE colleagues and project teams on safe working practices while serving as a strategic advisor to project leadership on safety issues. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies; test and optimize risk assessment documents such as RI&E, TRA, and V&G plans. Analyze incidents and trends to drive structural improvements, manage stakeholder contacts with clients and authorities, and initiate safety campaigns and toolbox meetings. Lead complex safety challenges involving temporary facilities and multidisciplinary environments.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Integrale Veiligheidskunde of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal een MVK-diploma, aangevuld met HVK of de ambitie dit te behalen
- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring als veiligheidskundige binnen de bouw, infra of civiele techniek
- Ervaring met grote multidisciplinaire infrastructurele of constructieve projecten
- Grondige kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, VCA, ISO 45001 en de Veiligheidsladder
- Ervaring in een coördinerende, coachende of leidinggevende rol
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatiesensitiviteit
- Een proactieve houding, overtuigingskracht en natuurlijk leiderschap
