Senior Vehicle Structures Design Engineer

Design and develop flight components for the Terran R vehicle using NX/TeamCenter, creating drawings and supporting fabrication for primary and secondary structures. Integrate design for manufacturing choices by coordinating with manufacturing engineering to resolve interferences, perform tolerance stack analyses, and validate hardware stacks. Manage parts and assemblies throughout their lifecycles in PLM, controlling BOM structuring and configuration management across multiple systems. Release drawings as part of system release sprints post-CDR, incorporating GD&T as the primary definition while optimizing geometry to reduce mass and ensure manufacturability. Document work and present recommendations during decision points within this fast-paced environment.
