Job Summary

Architect and maintain large-scale virtual desktop environments, providing Tier 3/4 support to resolve performance issues and optimize platform interoperability. Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Citrix and VMware VDI solutions while acting as the subject matter expert for identity lifecycle management and process automation. Conduct trade studies to make buy decisions and guide system administrators on endpoint support and troubleshooting across complex production environments. Operate within multiple stakeholders to ensure mission-critical infrastructure reliability and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • ability to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products
  • 5+ years of experience
  • BS degree
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later
  • Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)
  • Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
  • Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX
  • Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
  • Citrix App Layering
  • Liquidware Profile Unity
  • Hyper V
  • VMware VDI
  • Microsoft or Citrix NetScalers / ADCs
  • Familiar with HP AnyConnect and Leostream
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
