Job Summary
Senior VDC Specialist providing BIM administration/coordination and delivering BIM models/docs for assigned projects; assembles 3D content, maintains BIM processes, supports RFI for BIM items, reviews construction documents for BIM alignment, and communicates constraints to project teams; duties include developing project documentation (agendas/minutes/constraint logs), supporting self-perform VDC/layout, training project teams on BIM tools, and ensuring alignment with owner requirements and BIM execution plans; requires strong BIM knowledge (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Trimble SketchUp, Bluebeam), Lean concepts, and ability to lead project teams through VDC processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 2+ years construction or related experience (Required)
- 2+ years BIM-related experience (Required)
