Job Summary
Lead the implementation of the Varicent suite by managing requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live activities. Configure complex business scenarios, develop technical solutions for novel problems, and perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Guide customers through operational support tasks, provide mentoring to team members, and create project work plans including sequencing and migration documentation. Deliver accurate effort hour estimates for defect remediation while collaborating with delivery teams to define scope and identify requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of configuration experience within the Varicent Platform
- Hands-on experience with Varicent Calculations, Composer, Presenter, Workflow, and Reporting modules
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data validation
- Experience designing complex incentive compensation plans
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Advanced skillsets in Excel / Spreadsheet software
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment
- Expert level communication skills including writing, listening and speaking
