Job Summary
Lead the intake, analysis, and resolution of service requests across multiple Basware domains while acting as the escalation point for complex issues. Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, overseeing design, configuration, and deployment of Basware solutions and integrations. Prioritize and assign requests to ensure timely delivery, lead testing and quality assurance efforts, and manage defect resolution. Mentor Solution Consultants within your team, provide expert consulting on best practices and ERP integrations, and deliver high-quality training sessions to customers. Contribute to Basware's global communities by sharing insights and reusable assets to streamline service handling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting, technical support, or solution delivery role within enterprise software or SaaS
- Experience within AP automation, ERP, or P2P solutions
- Proven track record leading complex service requests or implementation projects for enterprise customers
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants within a service delivery team
- Strong technical expertise in Basware solutions, interfaces, and ERP integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage the full delivery lifecycle
- Confident, clear communicator able to deliver training and presentations to customers of varying technical levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in test planning, defect resolution, and quality assurance
- Leadership and coaching mindset
- Comfortable mentoring team members
- Driving adoption of best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Basware Value Services or similar AP/P2P automation platforms
- Experience contributing to community knowledge-sharing initiatives or reusable templates
- Relevant certifications in ERP, procurement, or automation platforms
