Cultivate VP-level sponsorship and design CoE roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency while partnering with Sales to ensure strategic platform deployment. Lead end-to-end value journeys using the Celonis Context Model, providing feedback to R&D on evolving use cases. This role requires 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, AI fluency, and multi-region program management within Fortune 500 accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle)
- Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team
- Driven to live for customer value, proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions
- Proven expertise in executing process improvements
- Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
- Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship
- Flawless English [and native-level local language] communication with commanding executive presence
- Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains and High Tech Industry trends
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
