Job Summary
Senior Value Engineer for Manufacturing drives end-to-end value realization from pre-sales discovery through post-sales adoption, partnering with Sales and internal teams to craft technical demos, prototypes, and ROI-focused business cases. Responsible for end-to-end POV execution, communicating architecture and strategic roadmaps to executives, guiding implementations with Services/Partners, and enabling scale and expansion across manufacturing operations. Requires deep manufacturing process knowledge, capability to map bottlenecks to technical solutions, and strong skills in Python/SQL, ERP systems, cloud platforms, BI/RPA tooling, and stakeholder management. Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in technical pre-sales or solution engineering; hybrid work model offered with global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; focus in computer science, engineering, mathematics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or highly technical customer success roles
- Strong knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with BI tools, RPA, and building data-driven dashboards and automations
- Excellent project and stakeholder management; ability to present to VP+ and C-suite
- Manufacturing domain knowledge in areas such as supply chain operations, production/shopfloor management, quality assurance, or PLM
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed
