Job Summary
Uncover organizational complexity and craft executive narratives to drive ROI for Fortune 500 customers in the pharmaceutical sector. Own the outcome from discovery through realized ROI by leading business value workshops and cultivating VP-level sponsorship across core business units. Steer global transformations by orchestrating complex roadmaps, implementing AI-driven account planning, and automating executive governance. Combine technical execution with consulting to deploy the Celonis Platform, embedding it as a strategic platform while providing feedback to R&D on evolving use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle)
- Proven expertise in executing process improvements
- Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
- Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship
- Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence
- Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains and Pharmaceutical trends
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
