Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all explosives operations while directing multiple UXO teams. Perform duties of UXO Sweep Personnel and Technicians I, II, and III as needed. Assist in developing munitions response plans and reports. Apply deductive reasoning and critical thinking to identify complex problems and implement solutions for range clearance activities. Requires formal UXO training or military EOD school graduation. High school diploma with 10 years munitions response experience and 5 years supervisory experience. Located in Hawthorne, NV.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 10 years significant experience in all aspects of munitions response actions or range clearance activities
- 5 years experience in supervisory position
- Graduate of formal UXO training course of instruction
- Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) assistant courses
- Graduate of a military EOD school of the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Germany or Australia
