Job Summary
Craft the overall user experience strategy, design system, and content architecture for the StickerYou.com e-commerce site. Oversee a complete overhaul of site journeys and navigation, creating end-to-end designs from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes. Monitor analytics on user behavior and site performance to continuously deliver superior, higher-converting experiences. Develop a proficient understanding of products, customers, and competition through user research, competitive analysis, and design thinking activities. Apply user-centered design best practices and mobile-first responsive design thinking while working within tight deadlines as an individual contributor.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in UX Design, Digital Product Design or Visual/UI design
- A strong portfolio of projects which demonstrate creative, user-centered design solutions to complex problems, especially in an e-commerce context
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Design, User Experience or a related field
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to take responsibility for design of solutions from concept to completion
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across departments
- Proficient and effective use of industry-standard UX and UI design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and XD and UXPin
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of printing industry considered an asset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field is an asset
