Job Summary
Lead UX discovery and problem framing using user, business, and market insights to define opportunities and shape clear design briefs. Map customer journeys, information architecture, and key interactions to create intuitive, digital-first experiences across paid and owned channels. Act as a senior design voice in cross-functional discussions, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to influence decisions and translate complex requirements into clear experience strategies. Analyze user research, experimentation results, and performance data to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and inform future design and testing priorities. Rapidly prototype journeys, interactions, and concepts using tools such as Figma, Framer, or lightweight front-end methods to make ideas tangible early and support faster decision-making. Balance exploratory concept development with production-ready execution, testing, and refining ideas before guiding the strongest solutions into delivery. Present experience strategies, journey thinking, concepts, and prototypes to stakeholders, clearly articulating the problem, design rationale, trade-offs, and recommended approach.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' UX/UI, digital product or experience design experience within an in-house, corporate or agency environment
- Experience leading UX strategy, discovery, problem framing and customer journey work, translating insights into scalable solutions
- Experience acting as a senior design voice, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and moving work forward through ambiguity
- Experience designing paid and owned digital experiences that meet customer needs, business objectives and conversion goals
- Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with rapid interaction prototyping skills
- Strong graphic design foundations and an exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, colour and composition, with the ability to art direct and create high-quality imagery and visual assets
- Experience using research, experimentation and performance data to inform design decisions
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a corporate office setting Monday through Friday
