Job Summary
Conduct qualitative field and user research for internal infrastructure and developer tooling platforms, including contextual inquiry, remote interviews, and task analysis with systems engineers and operations partners. Map complex end-to-end user journeys and technical dependencies to identify operational bottlenecks, while evaluating web portals, CLI utilities, and telemetry dashboards to reduce cognitive load. Translate complex technical observations into actionable UX recommendations, wireframes, and product requirements through close collaboration with engineering leads and product management. This 4–6 month remote contract supports the Core Technical Infrastructure team within a premier enterprise AI organization.
Required Qualifications
