Job Summary

Lead human-centered discovery through interviews, contextual inquiry, and collaborative workshops to synthesize ambiguous mission needs into clear personas, journey maps, and product hypotheses. Architect and ship high-performance React and Next.js applications using TypeScript, Server Components, and modern cloud environments like Azure, AWS, and Databricks Apps. Engineer data-intensive and AI-native interfaces, including dashboards, virtualized tables, RAG workflows, and streaming feedback, while maintaining accessibility, security, and reliability standards. Own delivery from local development through production, automate CI/CD pipelines, and implement comprehensive telemetry to measure user outcomes. Partner directly with NIH stakeholders, designers, and data scientists to define front-end architecture and evolve a reusable design system.

Experience deploying and operating modern web applications in at least one major cloud environment
