Job Summary
Senior UX Designer to shape the future of in-car navigation and driving experiences. Responsibilities include iterating and refining integrated infotainment/navigation applications, creating wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications with UX documentation, building mockups and prototypes, communicating design ideas to stakeholders, collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to explore and validate concepts, generating quick concept prototypes, and ensuring high-quality implementation with QA. The role involves contributing to and refining the design system for consistency and scalability. Requirements include 5+ years of UI/UX experience, a Master’s degree in related design fields, proficiency in Figma/Sketch, experience building interactive prototypes, translating complex requirements into elegant designs, data-driven decision-making, English fluency, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Preferred qualifications include 3D modeling tools and leading user research. Travel opportunities and periodic remote-work flexibility are noted, with Shanghai as a listed location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Service Design, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other modern UI/UX design tools
- Experience building interactive prototypes
- Demonstrated experience translating complex product requirements into elegant, implementable designs
- Strong ability to articulate design decisions through data-driven insights, user feedback, and business objectives
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication/presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about solving user problems with creativity and rigor
