Senior UX Designer

Job Summary
Collaborate with Product Managers to refine project requirements and ensure alignment with business and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and user flows. Conduct user research and interviews with customers to validate product ideas, gather feedback, and refine user experiences. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input to ensure the product meets both user expectations and business goals. Work closely with engineering teams, answering questions about design implementation and ensuring the final product looks and feels great. Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other relevant activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products
- Experience working directly with product managers and engineering teams
- Experience conducting external customer interviews, including sourcing participants
- Proficiency with Figma
- Understanding of AI workflows and prototyping
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous learning mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing for IT or developer-focused SaaS products
- Familiarity with device management, endpoint security, or similar IT domains
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Background in accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
