Senior Ux designer (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Senior UX Designer to shape and improve complex digital customer journeys across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include developing navigation concepts, information architectures, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, conducting user research and usability testing, analyzing insights, validating designs with end users, ensuring consistency with design systems and branding, and collaborating with product teams and stakeholders. Requires 8+ years in UX design, strong IA/navigation design, end-to-end UX process experience, user research and usability testing, Advanced Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems), high-fidelity prototyping, strong communication, and availability for onsite work 2–3 days/week in the Netherlands; Dutch language skills and AI-driven design tools are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant UX design experience
- Strong experience with information architecture and navigation design
- Proven track record in end-to-end UX design processes
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems)
- Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Available immediately or on short notice
- Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week (Netherlands)
