Job Summary
Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end design across 4–6 internal product surfaces, from research and interaction design to visual design and shipped UI; create and maintain a lightweight design system and shared component library; design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows; collaborate with senior engineers in a pod-based model; translate complex data into streamlined single-screen experiences; conduct user research and usability testing; rapidly prototype concepts; ensure high adoption and usability across 100+ person organization; opportunity to shape UX of AI-native systems in a fast-moving startup-like environment with enterprise-scale problems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS platforms, or developer-facing systems
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with a portfolio demonstrating simplification of complex workflows
- Proven ability to work independently as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces, dashboards, or multi-panel layouts
