Job Summary
Own the end-to-end design of product features across JAGGAER's Source-to-Pay portfolio, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Simplify complex procurement workflows by partnering with Product and Engineering from discovery through implementation, using customer insights and usability feedback to inform solutions. Present design concepts, lead design critiques, and contribute to the company's design system to ensure consistent, accessible experiences. Independently drive design work while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in UX or product design
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex workflow-based products
- Strong interaction design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex experiences
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, prototyping, usability, and visual design
- Ability to independently own design projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Strong proficiency with modern prototyping tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, ERP, fintech, or related enterprise domains
