Job Summary
Lead product design for an AI SaaS platform, owning the full UX lifecycle from discovery to shipped product. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and a cohesive UI that improves usability and adoption. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to balance design goals with technical constraints; apply qualitative and quantitative insights to drive user-centric decisions; evolve a scalable design system across multiple products; drive end-to-end UX initiatives from concept to launch. Requires 5+ years of UX design experience, B2B SaaS or data-heavy enterprise experience, proficiency with Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch, ability to build clickable prototypes, and strong communication in agile environments. Remote-friendly hybrid setup in New York City with 2–3 days per week on-site, competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, and equity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or data-heavy enterprise applications
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and evaluations
- Experience working in agile product environments with product and engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate decisions to leadership and cross-functional partners
