Job Summary
Develop solutions from concept to production within cross-functional teams, focusing on robust system architecture and implementation using Java, .NET, or C#. Integrate artificial intelligence into the development lifecycle for coding, testing, and problem-solving. Collaborate closely with senior engineers to shape technical decisions and deliver high-quality software across the entire software lifecycle. This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree, three years of system development experience, and proficiency in Norwegian (B2). The position offers six weeks of vacation, health insurance, and performance bonuses. Sopra Steria, a leading digitalization consultancy, operates across Norway, including Kristiansand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience with system development
- Experience with Java, .NET, C# or equivalent technologies
- Oral and written Norwegian, minimum level B2
- Background check (security clearance) may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools in development work
- Frontend development, for example React, Angular or Vue
