Job Summary
Senior UX / User Experience Researcher to establish Shift4 Labs research practice, plan and conduct usability evaluations (moderated/unmoderated, tests, experiments), apply diverse methods (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, ethnography, diary studies), facilitate workshops, create process flows and prototypes, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and help build product metrics and methodologies. Role is onsite at Tampa, FL (preferred) / Atlanta, GA / Center Valley, PA / Las Vegas, NV / Toronto, Canada with relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on experience in UX research with a focus on usability testing and mixed-method studies
- Excellence in evaluative research (e.g., usability testing, prototype validation, A/B testing)
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to independently drive multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment
- Experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms with multiple personas
- A robust portfolio showcasing prior research projects with both desktop and mobile research outcomes
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Figma
