Job Summary
Senior UX Researcher for Legal Data Intelligence leads end-to-end product research across FOIA, Data Breach Response, and related domains. Partner with product, design, and engineering to embed research throughout the development lifecycle, conduct market and ecosystem analyses, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, and help shape solution direction with early prototypes. Requires 5+ years in UX/product research, ability to operate at tactical and strategic levels, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with tools including Figma and AI-assisted workflows.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in UX and product research
- Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels
- Experience incorporating market research or competitive analysis into product strategy
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and engineering
- Proficiency with modern research tools and design tooling (Figma) and AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Claude Code)
