Senior User Acquisition Manager

Hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager and Account Manager role focused on building, launching, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other ad platforms. Manage campaign structure, budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and performance pacing; analyze CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion quality, and funnel performance; turn performance data into new ad angles and creative briefs; monitor campaigns daily and prepare weekly performance insights; help create repeatable playbooks for campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling; support client-facing strategy when needed. Additional account-management responsibilities include owning day-to-day client communication, taking notes from client calls, tracking tasks and deadlines, coordinating across teams, ensuring requests are documented, and delivering weekly client updates. Requirements include 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, knowledge of TikTok Ads, plus familiarity with other ad networks and analytics tools; comfortable working remotely with daily accountability. This role is hands-on and requires the ability to open ad accounts, build campaigns, check data, identify issues, and make optimizations; preference for US time zone and hybrid work in San Francisco.
