Job Summary
Lead consultation and client relationship coordination for U.S. study abroad cases in Chengdu, focusing on competitive undergraduate admissions. Develop deep understanding of U.S. admissions policies, follow up assigned leads, and deliver high-quality onsite or online consultations while setting realistic expectations with students and parents. Act as lead client coordinator within the shared case team, maintaining current student records, progress notes, risks, and milestones in agreed systems. Identify and raise risks early regarding deadlines, materials, or capacity concerns, ensuring timely escalation to colleagues or managers. Coordinate closely with Academic Planning and Application colleagues, contribute to team learning through case debriefs, and support business development as a U.S. admissions subject-matter expert.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognised university
- Proven experience in a high performance international education advisory role
- Strong U.S. admissions expertise
- Evidence of successful competitive undergraduate cases
- Able to build trust with students and parents
