Job Summary
Senior UX Designer responsible for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, designing UI features and animations, conducting user research, organizing information architecture, and guiding multi-project efforts. Collaborates with UI designers, developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive designs that comply with usability and accessibility standards, documents design work, and stays current with industry trends. Leads moderate-sized projects or parts of larger programs, operates autonomously with senior leadership interaction, and utilizes tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, FigJam, Jira, and iTrack, while applying front-end fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, XHTML) to inform design decisions. Location: Dallas, Texas, USA. This role offers competitive salary between $160,000 and $196,100 annually plus benefits. It emphasizes design leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- three (3) years of experience in wireframing and prototyping using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- three (3) years of experience with UX workflow tools (FigJam, Jira, iTrack)
- front-end development fundamentals with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, XHTML
