Job Summary
Senior US Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen performing case preparation and filing of petitions, document gathering/review, and case drafting; communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status; meet SLAs and report case progress; compile and summarize data in case management systems for clients and management; contribute to team productivity and follow firm standards to ensure regulatory and client compliance; requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of US business immigration experience, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel; role supports hybrid/remote work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role
- At least two years US business immigration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofreading and draft fluent prose
- Experience using MS Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate issues to supervisor
