Job Summary
Senior Urban Planner to lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and precinct-scale projects across statutory and strategic planning. Roles include managing end-to-end project delivery, driving business development, building planning capability, mentoring junior planners, and advising clients through regulatory approvals. The ideal candidate has experience in urban, environmental, or infrastructure planning, demonstrated leadership in statutory and strategic planning contexts, and a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams while developing client relationships across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in urban, environmental or infrastructure planning
- demonstrated leadership in statutory and strategic planning contexts
- proven project leadership across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- business development experience and ability to win new work
- deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and planning/environmental legislation for major infrastructure projects
- exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior-level stakeholders
- commitment to developing others and mentoring junior team members
- Bachelor's degree or higher in urban planning, environmental planning, or related discipline
