Job Summary
Senior Upgrades Product Specialist responsible for deploying and promoting the cheese upgrades portfolio, organizing global customer visits and workshops, maintaining and optimizing the portfolio, creating promotion materials with the product manager, and supporting the strategic plan for cheese upgrades. Works closely with the Upgrades product manager and Upgrades Sales Support Specialists; requires collaboration with services teams, engineering, and marketing, with travel around 20%. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or global business engineering, 5+ years in processing equipment (cheese machinery), 3+ years in tech sales/marketing, strong CRM and stakeholder management, excellent communication, service mindset, and business-level English (Dutch a plus). Based in Heerenveen, NL or Olsztyn, PL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree within machine engineering, electrical engineering, global business engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience with processing equipment – preferably within cheese machinery
- 3+ years sales and/or marketing experience in technology industry
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated individual with a strong customer focus and a desire to win
- Positive and flexible approach, which makes you capable of coming across as service minded
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressures of time and economy to prioritize work and maximize the business result
- Fluent English level on a business level is required, Dutch is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required (typically around 20%)
