Job Summary
Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, and long-term goals. Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service. Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions. Mentor and support Universal Bankers, helping elevate the member experience and team performance. Solve problems creatively, from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget. Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smart decision-making. Requires 3+ years of sales or customer service experience, NMLS number, and ability to obtain and maintain it. Saturday hours required. Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and sound judgment
- Active listening skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate proactively
- High attention to detail
- Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Basic math skills
- Saturday hours required
