Job Summary
Establish and deepen relationships with new and existing clients while accurately opening deposit accounts and servicing client needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks; balance teller cash drawers daily and manage ATM, night drop deposits, and change orders. Resolve basic service issues, troubleshoot online banking login problems, and reset or replace debit cards. Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, prepare monthly audit packages, and conduct outbound sales calling to meet cross-selling goals. Maintain strict compliance with BSA/AML policies, security guidelines, and internal control regulations. Complete required training and utilize FIS Horizon and Microsoft Suite to manage transactions and reports.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts in financial services or equivalent internal City First branch banking
- 4+ years of cash handling and customer service
- Knowledge of Platform and Teller systems
- Knowledge of deposit products and services
- Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Basic knowledge of MS Office products
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
