Job Summary

Senior Unity Developer to build a new mobile F2P game from the ground up, collaborating with the CTO to shape scalable client architecture, live-ops readiness, remote config and experimentation, and integration with backend services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining the Unity client for a new mobile game, designing scalable architecture, integrating live-ops systems, telemetry and observability, developing reusable UI for live events, contributing to engineering best practices, and aligning with the CTO on long-term technical strategy. Remote-first with Moldova and Estonia offices; requires 5+ years Unity experience and a track record shipping live mobile games.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Unity development
  • Experience shipping and operating live mobile games on iOS and Android
  • Strong C# fundamentals and solid software architecture practices
  • Experience building live-ops, remote config, and experimentation systems
  • Experience with server-authoritative architecture (Nakama, PlayFab, Beamable, AccelByte, or similar)
  • Experience integrating backend services into Unity clients
  • Experience with headless simulations or automated gameplay testing
  • Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Unity Version Control, Unity Asset Manager, Datadog RUM, and Firebase Crashlytics
  • Experience working on F2P mobile casual/puzzle games (match-3, merge, blast, solitaire, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams with high ownership and autonomy
