Senior Underwriter / Underwriting Specialist focused on Energy Casualty, underwriting new business and renewals in a profitable manner, applying knowledge of energy-specific risk, state laws, and policy forms to determine accurate classifications, rates, and premium charges. Responsibilities include reviewing forms and pricing, mentoring less experienced underwriters, assisting with premium audit disputes, managing renewal books, collaborating with UW management and energy product leads, and providing training to staff. Requires strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Must have a four-year degree with CPCU or similar designation preferred; proficiency in MS Word and Excel. US work authorization required.
