Job Summary
Assess risks and make recommendations for underwriting decisions while developing expertise and building critical internal and external relationships. Manage a portfolio of brokers and agents, focusing on regions where policy complexity and line size differ little. Develop skills through internal and external resources, execute marketing plans, and contribute to team projects such as process improvements and portfolio analysis. Manage data quality within relevant systems for the assigned book of business and provide on-the-job support for new hires.
