Job Summary
Underwrite, price, and negotiate Media E&O accounts while leading the nationwide team in underwriting production for production risks. Develop new broker relationships and increase depth of existing partnerships to drive production, serving as a relationship manager for key brokers and spearheading turnarounds. Engage with the national team to learn and teach collaboratively, mentor junior teammates locally and nationally, and monitor product results to increase productivity and profitability. Consistently exceed minimum quote output numbers and obtain senior-level underwriting authority in the practice area. Requires 5+ years of Media E&O experience, up to 25% domestic travel, and a hybrid schedule of two office days weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Media E&O coverage
- Senior level underwriting authority in media E&O practice area
- Willingness to develop business, with travel throughout the U.S. up to 25%, required
- B.A./B.S degree
- Two (2) days in office weekly
