Drive the client experience through oversight of issues, product design, and claims management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards. Maintain accurate documentation and class reports, reporting unusual trends to leadership. Act as a referral point for colleagues and represent the syndicate at market meetings to strengthen the company's reputation.
