Job Summary
As a Senior Underwriter at Encore Fiduciary, you will underwrite profitable new and renewal business opportunities in fiduciary and management liability insurance. Key responsibilities include servicing renewal accounts, producing new business, and managing accounts while building relationships with brokers and clients. The role requires strong risk analysis skills, independent judgment, and the capacity to negotiate within established guidelines. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 2-7 years of underwriting experience, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience underwriting management liability and/or professional liability insurance lines
- Ability to function well in a team and communicate effectively
- Detail oriented with strong mathematical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
