Job Summary
Price and structure new aircraft leasing opportunities, draft LOIs, and negotiate lease agreements, extensions, amendments, and sales transactions. Prepare investment committee materials including transaction analysis, airline credit assessments, market research, and due diligence findings. Present portfolio management recommendations to leadership while developing relationships with airlines for deal origination. Requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, complex cashflow modeling, and at least five years of aviation leasing or financial services experience. Required Qualifications
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Highly numerate and analytical
- good problem-solving skills
- ability to do complex pricing and cashflow modeling
- At least 5 years prior experience as an Analyst in either aircraft/aviation leasing, aviation consultancy or in financial services
- Experience in report writing
- Degree in business, accounting, engineering, or finance
