Senior Underwriter - Credit & Political Risk APAC

Senior Underwriter for Credit & Political Risk APAC based in Singapore. Responsible for underwriting the team’s structured credit, trade finance, political risk and multilateral portfolio in Asia Pacific in collaboration with credit analysis, exposure management and pricing teams. Engage brokers and clients (especially banks) on market developments, trends and wordings. Represent MS Amlin at industry forums (e.g., APLMA and GTR), provide training and knowledge sharing to the team, participate in peer reviews, oversee underwriting performance, identify risk appetite opportunities, coordinate with senior management and reinsurers, and liaise with claims for watchlist monitoring and recovery. The role supports travel opportunities via the global network and offers a hybrid working environment.
