Senior Underwriter, A&H - Medical Stop Loss

Underwriter role focused on Accident & Health stop loss, handling underwriting of new business and renewals within approved guidelines. Responsibilities include quote preparation, reviewing amendments and plan exceptions to achieve department results, ensuring loss ratio goals and rate-persistence targets, and maintaining relationships with agents and customers to provide suitable products. Collaborate with stakeholders to share information, underwrite new and existing policies in compliance with standards, evaluate risk for profitable growth, maintain timely records and reporting, and deliver prompt decisions and solutions. This position is based in multiple U.S. locations and offers hybrid work with in-office expectations 2-3 days per week, along with a remote option.
