Instruct daily project teams of up to 50 specialists on work and planning, while monitoring subcontractor delivery and enforcing safety protocols. Act as the central contact coordinating with clients, project managers, and environmental managers to ensure materials arrive on time and projects stay on schedule. Manage project progress, costs, and operational solutions when changes occur, guiding junior staff as you gradually take on more responsibility. Maintain positive morale on-site and celebrate milestones with the team. This role supports the critical expansion of the A2 motorway between Het Vonderen and Kerensheide, improving regional traffic flow under Rijkswaterstaat. Full-time 40-hour schedule with a monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €6,500.
