Job Summary
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design and implement responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React, Vue.js, or Angular, while conducting usability testing to drive iterative improvements. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility by integrating frontend components with backend services and APIs. Mentor junior engineers on design principles and maintain internal design systems and component libraries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
- Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and frontend development work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
