Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for designing intuitive user experiences for prototypes and applications, conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, creating wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems, ensuring accessibility and responsive design across Web, Mobile, and Desktop, collaborating with engineering to translate designs into functional code, documenting design decisions based on business requirements, and supporting internal teams through knowledge transfer. Emphasis on improving user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction; requires 7+ years in the development lifecycle, proficiency with Figma/Adobe XD, a strong portfolio, knowledge of accessibility and responsive design, and experience with HTML5, CSS/Sass, and JavaScript. Desirable: experience with AI tools to support design, and front-end code collaboration with development teams. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the applications development lifecycle
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD
- Online portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Experience with HTML5, CSS/Sass, and template engines
- Familiarity with client-side and server-side JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
