Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Designer to lead UX design for workflows within an enterprise application, including case management, validation experiences, and operational dashboards. Translate complex business processes into user journeys, conduct user research and usability testing, design data-heavy experiences, define reusable design patterns and design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accessible, scalable, and high-quality product experiences. Advocate for usability and design quality throughout the lifecycle and continuously improve experiences based on feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise or complex digital products
- Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research, usability studies, and translating findings into actionable product and design improvements
- Experience designing for enterprise platforms, operations workflows, or other complex systems where efficiency, clarity, and scalability are critical
- Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design principles, and usability best practices for professional software products
- Proficiency with Figma and other UX design tools for low-fidelity and high-fidelity design, prototyping, and design documentation
- Experience contributing to or defining design systems, component guidance, and pattern libraries
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders while balancing user needs with business and technical realities
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership
