Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Designer (UI-Focused) responsible for end-to-end user experience work from research to high-fidelity design across web and mobile platforms. Lead user research, translate insights into flows and prototypes, collaborate with product and development teams, design scalable UI components and systems, ensure accessibility and alignment with brand goals, mentor junior designers, and stay current with UI/UX trends. Proficiency in Figma and frontend familiarity (HTML/CSS/React) are valued; fintech/digital product experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of professional UI/UX design or product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience working on both web and mobile platforms
- Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus
- Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage
