Job Summary
Senior Technical Lead - Interaction Design (IxD) at Incedo designs intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and craft solutions, conduct user research, information architecture, and prototyping using tools like Sketch or Figma, perform usability testing, mentor junior IxD specialists, and lead a team while staying current with industry trends in user experience design.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies such as design thinking, user research, or usability testing
